Guests have 24-hour airport shuttle service included in amenities

Newport Beach, CA – April 2016 / Newsmaker Alert / Newport Beach based Twenty Four Seven Hotels, an operator of upscale, select service and lifestyle brand hotels in the western U.S., has replaced traditional airport shuttle service with Uber. Twenty Four Seven Hotels has formed a strategic partnership with the Uber For Business platform to provide complimentary transportation to and from the airport from a select group of hotels in the Twenty Four Seven portfolio. The service addition offers guests a more personalized option for transport, allows guests faster availability of transportation and streamlines the guest experience.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels properties is one of the first in Southern California to replace the traditional hotel shuttle service with Uber For Business. This strategic partnership with Uber For Business creates a comprehensive management tool for the hotel properties to monitor the traffic of guests and allows the hotel to utilize the strong history and expertise of Uber. This alignment showcases Twenty Four Seven Hotels’ forward thinking by collaborating with other businesses to reduce management costs in a manner that has positive impact on the guest experience.

The hotel Uber For Business service is custom to each property with some having service to the airport and others offering to and from the airport.
