to Ken Owens, Vice President of GetAways Resort Management, “joining CRDA
makes a ‘ton’ of sense for us. We think we can bring some new insights
to the Association, but more importantly, it will give us the opportunity
to learn more about the resort industry in Canada. Our contact center is
based in Las Vegas, and we work with resorts throughout Canada, the U.S.,
