of Clive Daniel Home has been
selected by The Lutgert Companies
to design interiors for the Le Ciel model at The Residences at Mercato
in Naples, a gated enclave of 47 single-family homes and villas under development
by The Lutgert Companies. Twenty-six of the homes have already been sold.
Built by Lutgert Construction, each residence features its own pool, two-car
garage and is open to courtyards to maximize both privacy and outdoor living.
Slated
for completion in April, the 2,793-square-foot two story detached Le Ciel
residence will feature three-bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a cabana. Listed
for $2,250,000 including furnishings, the residence has a sophisticated
urban coastal look with different textures throughout the home. According
to Losier, “The flooring is reminiscent of a sandy dock and the great room
features a wall detail of split faced stone with a natural gas fireplace
that reaches up 22 feet to the second floor. In this space we have added
a large white jump-on-me sectional, with accent pillows of dark Aqua and
coral. The gray rug has splashes of white and dark Aqua. The cocktail table
is a rough reclaimed wood with bright chrome legs, playing on different
textures giving a bit of an edgy look. The dining table is a light watery
crackled glass on chrome base.”

The
open kitchen is two toned with soft white perimeter cabinets featuring
clean lines with a truffle glazing and the island is finished with a clean
waterfall edge of granite. The foyer stairway has been opened to create
a contemporary floating stair effect. The bedrooms are in soothing gray
spa colors, and the master bath overlooks a closed garden with a stonewall
feature. Added Losier, “The loft area is a great getaway spot to curl up
on the large sofa and watch your favorite movie.”
The
Residences at Mercato is adjacent to Lutgert’s sold-out urban style Strada
at Mercato, a 92-unit condominium project off U.S. 41 in Naples, near Vanderbilt
Beach Road. When completed, the Residences will include 28 single-family
detached courtyard homes and 19 villas, all within walking distance of
Mercato’s retail and commercial establishments. The community is being
developed by The Lutgert Companies and marketed exclusively by Premier
Sotheby’s International Realty.
