the 2017
Clive Daniel Home Designer Model Home Tour to showcase model homes
created by the area’s foremost builders and developers. All 16 Collier
County homes in the fourth annual tour feature interiors by Clive Daniel
Home’s award-winning interior
designers.

Normandy
Model by Stock Development is at 4214 Cortland Way in Quail West. The Residences
at Mercato by Lutgert Companies will showcase Le Rivage at 9149
Mercato Way, Le Jardin at 9145 Mercato Way, and
Azure II
at 9214 Mercato Way.
The
Gordonia
Custom Home at 698 Gordonia Road by RB Betielungen is located in Pine
Ridge Estates. In Park Shore, the Bel Air Custom Home at 4141 Bel
Air was built by Berson Development and the Fountainhead model by
Stock Development is at 3750 Fountainhead Lane.
Continuing
on the tour are two models from the Moorings/Park Shore. They include the
Crayton
Custom Home by Encore Development at 2025 Crayton Road and the Windward
Custom Home by Windward Investment Partners at 2550 Windward Way. A
Gordon River Custom Home by GES Construction at 1234 Gordon River Trail
is being presented in the Estuary at Grey Oaks.

Rounding
out the tour is the St. Andrews Model by Stock Development at 8038
Signature Club Circle at Lely Resort and the Granada Model by Ashton

can pick up a passport listing the homes at the Clive Daniel Home showroom
or online,
then have the passport stamped at each location, added Jackie Nelson, Clive
Daniel Director of Business Development. “After viewing the homes, guests
should drop off the Passport at the showroom by February 5. We will be
awarding a $500 CDH Gift Card to one participant and will make a donation
to the Pan Florida Challenge
for each home stamped on the passport to help feed hungry children in SW
