The Residences at Mercato will include 33 single-family detached courtyard homes and 19 villas, all within walking distance of Mercato’s retail and commercial establishments. Each residence will have its own pool, two-car garage and will open to courtyards to maximize both privacy and outdoor living. Prices for the 2,700-3,500 square-foot Old Florida-style homes range from $1.2 million to $1.675 million.

Clive Daniel Home interior designer Charlie Hansen will select interiors for the 5- bedroom Le Rivage, single-family home, which will feature a California contemporary style. Interior Designer Susie Petril is creating total interiors for the single-family Le Jardin with two master bedrooms suites, which will have a strong coastal influence.

According to Kris Kolar, VP of Merchandising and Design, “Each of the models are unique and will appeal to different home buyers: year round or seasonal, younger or seniors, as well as international buyers. No design element will be repeated. Some residences will feature tongue and groove or floating beam ceilings others will have applied molding. Clive Daniel is also providing home buyers complimentary design assistance to help customers select everything needed for the building of their home, to include flooring, tiles, cabinetry and color selections.

Nancy Woodhouse, head of Clive Daniel Hospitality, was responsible for the elegant new sales gallery for Residences at Mercato, which is in the same location as the former Strada sales center.

Naples architect Matthew Kragh of MHK is designing the homes in a classic coastal style. Homes will feature high ceilings and wide, expansive sliding doors. Exteriors will mix smooth stucco, board and batten and white clapboard. Residences will range from three bedrooms and 3.5 half baths to five bedrooms with 5.5 baths. The lines will be simple and clean.
