Daniel Home, the award-winning home furnishings retailer, has recently
completed the installation of furnishings for the St. Kitts model in Quail
West, an estate home built by Diamond Custom Homes of Naples. This model
was the recipient of six major awards in the 2015 BIA Parade of Homes:
Superior Home Award, Best Exterior, Best Livability, Best Interior Design,
Best Landscape and Best Pool. The home is for sale at $3,545,000, with
furnishings.
Clive
Daniel Home Interior Designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky
directed the interior design for the chic two-story 5,430 square-foot luxury
residence with four bedrooms, den, and five-and-a-half baths with a soft
contemporary inspired architecture.

Hansen, “This home is organic, with many natural elements, natural woods
with gray and browns. It has a natural feeling: a contemporary house with
straight lines. This was a true collaboration between the builder and designers
with a forward thought for the Naples market.”
The
floor plan features an oversized great room accentuated by a dramatic vaulted
ceiling with wood beams; expanses of tall windows; a three-car garage with
dedicated golf cart storage space; a large island kitchen finished with
a coffered ceiling detail, and a wine room with Sub-Zero refrigerator and
corking station. A vestibule just off the kitchen leads to a VIP suite
with a full bath and a covered entry into to the outdoor living area and
pool.

The
master suite with his and her separate bathrooms opens to the outdoors
and features a vaulted ceiling and wall trim details. A staircase with
walnut stained wood treads and walnut handrail leads to an upstairs loft
and two bedrooms with private baths, as well as a private balcony.
The
south-facing residence offers expansive views of the second fairway of
the Lakes golf course. The outdoor living space has a summer kitchen and
bar along with vaulted ceilings, retractable screens, fireplace, multiple
seating areas and a transitional pool design with spacious deck.
In
addition to selecting all furnishings, the designers completed all of the
hard surface selections for the model. This included tile and trim details,
cabinetry, granite, flooring, build out, built-in concepts plus architectural
wall units and fireplace details.
