Daniel Hospitality, the national award-winning division of Clive
Daniel Home, has recently been awarded a contract for the renovation
of the kitchen and dining rooms at the 10-unit Harbourview Villas timeshare
property at South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. Managed by Hilton
Grand Vacations, the resort features ten two- and three-bedroom luxury
condominium units.
According
to Nancy
Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP of Hospitality Division and Business
Development, “The renovation will add a fresh look with new, updated kitchens
and dining for more efficient functionality and elegance to enhance the
guest and owners’ experience.”
To
be completed in September 2018, the project will include removal of existing
kitchen cabinetry, counter tops and the addition of new backsplash, all
fixtures, cabinet trim, ceiling fixtures, sinks, drains, disposals, new
flooring/paint throughout the kitchen-dining room and entryway. The work
will also include new entryway cabinets, lamp accessories, dining table
and seating plus bar stools and artwork.
