have been selected by Seagate
Development Group to design interiors for the new Grenada model at
Windward Isle, a luxurious enclave nestled within a discreet cul-de-sac
of only 28 residences centrally located in the heart of Naples with easy
access to a myriad of amenities. The home is priced at $1.895 million to
include furnishings and is slated for completion in November.

the 4,276-square-foot under air Grenada open-concept floor plan includes
a great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in
closet, master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs
bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and
watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor
balcony. The plan features 4 full and 2.5 baths, a three-car garage, and
an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool.
