awarded a contract to provide renovations to the 24,485-square-foot Golf
Clubhouse at Pelican
Preserve in Fort Myers, Florida.
According
to Nancy Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Design and Business Development,
“This project will encompass a total transformation of the Golf Clubhouse
and will feature a fresh and lighter color palette, enabling members to
enjoy a relaxed contemporary experience throughout the clubhouse. Designs
include a newly designed members-only dining area, which will increase
seating capacity and a lower-level bar, which will introduce a new indoor/outdoor
covered patio dining area.
During
the past four years, Clive Daniel Hospitality completed extensive improvements
to Pelican Preserve’s 70,00-square-foot Plaza del Sol Town Center including
a new design to the casual Destinations restaurant and refreshing all outdoor
amenities, including the resort-style pool. The design firm also designed
the newly introduced the Flip Flops poolside bar and extended fitness
center.
