Daniel Home, the award-winning home furnishings retailer, has been
selected to provide background selections plus total furnishings and accessories
for the St. Kitts model in Quail West, a new estate home being built by
Diamond Custom Homes of Naples. Completion of construction is expected
in November 2014.
Clive
Daniel Home Interior Designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen
are guiding the interior design for the elegant two-story 5,341 square-foot
luxury residence with four bedrooms, den, five-and-a-half baths, featuring
a West Indies inspired architecture.

This includes tile and trim details, cabinetry, granite, flooring, build
out, built-in concepts plus architectural wall units and fireplace details.

This home will be organic – with lots of natural elements, woods grays,
brown; it will have a natural feeling – a contemporary house with straight
lines.”

The
floor plan will feature a spacious great room accentuated by a dramatic
vaulted ceiling with wood beams; expanses of tall windows; a three-car
garage with dedicated golf cart storage space; a large island kitchen finished
with a coffered ceiling detail; and a wine bar. A vestibule just off the
kitchen will lead to a VIP suite with a full bath and a covered entry into
to the outdoor living area and pool.
The
master suite with his and her separate bathrooms will also open to the
outdoors and feature a vaulted ceiling and wall trim details. A staircase
with stained wood treads and an oak handrail will lead upstairs to a loft
and two bedrooms with private baths, as well as a private balcony.
The
south-facing residence will offer expansive views of the second fairway
of the Lakes golf course. The outdoor living space has a summer kitchen
and bar along with vaulted ceilings, retractable screens, fireplace, multiple
seating areas and a transitional pool design with spacious deck.
Diamond’s
emphasis on quality construction and signature attention to detail will

with poured arches, concrete tie beams, interior metal frame walls, icynene
insulation, two fresh make-up systems to introduce outside air, and Andersen’s
