Signature Homes’ Caribbean styled home at 3750 Fountainhead Lane in Naples’
Park Shore neighborhood. Designed by MHK Architecture and Planning, the
home includes richly finished exterior details.

at $3.795 million with furnishings, the 4,189-square-foot under air two-story
furnished model features interiors by Clive Daniel Home’s award winning
designers Rebekah
Errett-Pikosky and Charlie
Hansen. Their design created a measure of coastal flair with a clean,
elegant edge to convey timeless classical styling. The coastal influence
is evident in their soothing color palette of aquas and sea glass balanced
against light neutral backgrounds. Wide plank wire-brushed white oak flooring
presents a relaxed seaside ambiance throughout the living areas, study
and master bedroom.

MHK’s
floor plan offers an exceptional level of livability with a living room
that features a fireplace, two-story ceiling, and opens to an outdoor living
area with a fireplace, conversation and dining areas, outdoor kitchen,
and a custom designed pool and spa. The dining room also opens to the outdoors.
The plan includes a first-floor master suite, office and a large island
