Clive Daniel Home, the Naples,
Florida, premier home furnishings retailer, was named one of the top winners
in the Collier Building Industry Association’s (CBIA) Sand Dollar Awards
competition, leading in the “win” category this year with a total of 25
awards for design excellence as well as recognition for their marketing
and advertising expertise. The CBIA competition honors the area’s building
and design community.
The
high-end furniture retailer also won the coveted Best Showroom award
for the fifth consecutive year. “Winning the Best Showroom is a
validation of the efforts of our amazing merchandising team in creating
an inviting showroom for our customers. Receiving these prestigious design
awards reaffirms that the building industry agrees that Clive Daniel Home
and our design
team are unique in every way,” said Daniel Lubner, President of Clive

Clive
Daniel Home walked away with six awards in the category of Interior
Design of the Year – Single Family Detached Homes. Winners include:
Reanna
Rieman and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky for their Marco private residence
in the $1,000,001 - $1,250,000 category.
Reanna
Rieman and Deborah McQuilkin for their Treviso Bay private residence
in the $1,750,001 - $2,000,000 category.
Charlie
Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and were winners in the $2,000,001
- $2,250,000 category for their Aviano II model in Talis Park.
Wilfredo
Emanuel and Rhett Josey were the top designers for their Naples
private residence in the $2,750,001 - $3,000,000 category.
Rebekah
Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen were also named top winners
in the $3,500,001 - $4,000,000 category for their Fountainhead model in
Naples.
Rebekah
Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen were the top winners in the
$5,000,000 and above category for their design of a private residence in
Naples.
In
the Interior Design of the Year Single Family Attached Homes category,
Jean Losier was honored in the $1,750,001 - $2,000,000 category
for her Azure model at Mercato.
Clive
Daniel Home Interior Designer Nancy Woodhouse IDS was the winner
of the Interior Design of the Year for Best Commercial Building
under $200,000 for her work at the Naples FineMark National Bank &
Trust.
Mollie
Martin and Catherine Baker were selected for the Best Closet
& Organizational System Design between $30,001 - $50,000 for their
Cortland Sports Memorabilia cabinets.
In
the Best Use of Custom Wood category John Tweet and Jackie
Gillis were winners in the under $30,000 category for their Bay Colony
bunkbeds. Mollie Martin and Catherine Baker won in the $30,001
- $50,000 group for their Great Room Entertainment Wall in a private residence.
In
the Best Specialty Feature category John Tweet and Jackie
Gillis were winners in the under $10,000 category for their Bay Colony
bunkbeds. Christina Rosolia won in the $10,001 - $30,000 group for
her Mediterra Floating Wall in a private residence. Mollie Martin
and Catherine Baker won for their Cortland Great Room Entertainment
Wall in the $30,001 - $50,000 category.

Best Newspaper Ad, Best Magazine Ad, Best TV Commercial, Best Rendering,

Sand Dollar Awards are presented each year by the Sales and Marketing
Council (SMC) of the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA), to member
builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, marketing,

design and marketing excellence in the Collier County Area. This year’s
competition culminated with an Awards Gala held in Naples at the Ritz Carlton
Tiburon on September 24, attended by hundreds of industry leaders.
