and complete interior furnishings and accessories for a custom model home
Casa Bellissima built by Fox Custom Builders in Quail West in Naples.
Completion is expected in January 2015.
Kelley
Bridwell, Interior Designer and Chad Elkins, ASLA, of Clive Daniel Home
are lead designers for the 5,669 square-foot, four-bedroom and library
home with 4.5 baths. Overlooking the golf course, the model has a price
tag of $3,805 million, which includes all furnishings.

According
to Elkins, This is a modern transitional home designed in classic elegance.
When you first walk into this home you are greeted by an amazing arched
ceiling accented with coffers. This sets the stage for the rest of the
home, which is beautifully done in whites, grays, blacks & pops of
emerald green.
In
addition to the selection of all furnishings, the design duo guided the
builder on interior architectural details and floor plans, exterior paint
selection, roof tile, stone pavers, flooring, plumbing, wall and ceiling
details, plus kitchen and bathrooms. They also designed and specified the
entire outdoor living areas, including pool and spa, fireplace, summer
kitchen and entry courtyard landscape design.
