At the Seasons at Naples Cay, located at 81 Seagate Drive in Naples, Clive Daniel Hospitality is providing design for their common areas and lobbies in the luxury 22-floor condominium. The design scope will provide an updated, fresh appearance for owners. Naples Cay is situated on 33 acres of protected natural preserves and features 850 feet of beachfront.

Also in Naples, the Imperial Golf Course is undergoing a renovation to clubhouse courtesy of Clive Daniel Hospitality. Nancy Woodhouse has just completed areas including the outdoor terrace and locker room in the lower lobby at the Clubhouse. This private 32,000 square-foot clubhouse was founded in 1973 Imperial Golf Club is one of the premier member-owned private golf clubs in Naples and features two Arthur Hills championship courses.

Commercial projects are also benefiting from the Clive Daniel touch as Woodhouse is adding some refreshing touches to the FineMark National Bank & Trust office at Shell Point Village in south Fort Myers. Since January of this year, she has also been working in concert with the architectural and construction firms on the phased renovation of the bank’s Naples building at 800 Laurel Oak Drive. This total renovation project includes completing the bank’s offices in phases and moving operations to other spaces as work is completed to ensure that the bank remains open for clients during the renovation. Woodhouse handled the conceptual design work for the offices including interior selections.
