retailer, has recently been selected by Stock Development to provide the
interior design for its elegant Regency Manor model home in the Naples
community of Esplanade Country Club of Naples. CDH award-winning interior
designers Rebekah
Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen are providing total interior design
and furnishings for the $1,592,135 fully-furnished residence. Installation
of furnishings is expected in the spring.
Located
at 1169 Esplanade Boulevard, the home showcases four bedrooms and 4.5 baths,
a great room, a family-friendly dining room with chef-style kitchen, study,
nook and spacious outdoor living with a three-car garage. Built on a grand
scale for dining and entertaining, the nook off the kitchen features a
round dining table for six, a bar, counter and kitchen island plus formal
as well as outdoor dining.

designed with a nod to traditionalism in a new sophisticated coastal style
with family-friendly finishes. The home will enjoy an overall feel of relaxed
sophistication with a color palette of Lagoon blue, mixed with pops of
neutrals and greys. There is an infusion of gold to create a mix of soft
metals for contrast. There are multiple elegant natural textures, including
drapery panels and soft woods.”

Golf and Country Club of Naples is a gated resort-style community on nearly
1,800 acres, which includes 170 acres of lakes and more than 1,000 acres
of wetlands and preserves. At build-out it will include approximately 1,121
