Daniel Home, the award-winning home furnishings retailer, has been
selected to provide total interior design for the Amelia model in Hidden
Harbor, the new boating community under construction by Stock Development’s
Home Building Division, Stock Construction in South Fort Myers. Completion
of construction is expected in March 2015 when the furnished model will
be offered for sale for around $1 million.
Clive
Daniel Home Interior Designers Rhett Josey and Chad Elkins, ASLA, are guiding
the interior design for the 4,400 square-foot model with four bedrooms
plus 3.5 baths, an elegant dining and living area, and gourmet kitchen.
The Amelia model will include a great room that will focus on outdoor living
and take advantage of the waterfront and nature.

casual yet sophisticated with both transitional and modern furnishings.
We used natural materials with accents of orange and navy blue set against
a neutral color palate. The bright and airy home will appeal to both empty

When
completed, Hidden Harbour will include 71 estate homes plus an amenity
center surrounding a large harbor with access to the Gulf of Mexico via
the Ten Mile Canal and Estero Bay. Most of the homes in the nearly 54-acre
community will feature water views. At least 53 of the homes will have
a private floating boat dock accommodating boats up to 20 feet in length.

Harbor is located in South Fort Myers off US 41, south of Alico Road between
The Harborage and Emerson Square.
