Back To News/PR Index | Cowboy Chicken Heads East to Alabama | Cowboy Chicken Signs with Franchisee to Expand to Birmingham, Alabama | Dia
Zuaiter has been a part of the restaurant industry since he was 18. As
a college student at Mary Hardin Baylor, he worked for several fast food
chains and was one of the youngest store managers for Taco Bell. His love
for the industry led him to open an IHOP with his brother in 2000. With
14 years of owner/operator experience, he was looking to expand his portfolio,
and found his home with Cowboy Chicken.
Zuaiter plans to begin his development with a location in Hoover, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. His future plans include further expansion in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Zuaiter is elated to bring this unique concept to Alabama, stating that Cowboy Chicken will be right at home in Birmingham. He is thrilled to bring the art of cooking chicken over a real wood burning fire to a whole new demographic. He will continue to operate under his motto, “Treat every customer the way they would like to be treated.” Sean Kennedy, Cowboy Chicken President says, “Dia’s commitment to the industry and his employees is right at home with the Cowboy Chicken culture, where we treat our employees like family. Dia’s care and dedication to the people who build and run his business is exceptional, and we are excited to have him as the newest member of the Cowboy Chicken family. We look forward to expanding with him outside of Texas.” For Cowboy Chicken franchise information, please visit: www.CowboyChickenFranchise.com. About
