Surveys--Enterprise Uses of Feedback
|
Indianapolis,
IN – May 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / Robert Kobek, President of CustomerCount™
the online enterprise customer feedback system, is a featured speaker at
the Timeshare Board Members Association’s (TBMA) May 17-19 meeting in Providence,
RI. The meeting’s focus is preparing and implementing a strategic plan
for legacy resorts with the theme, Timesharing 2020: Creating a vision
for the future of owner-controlled timeshare resorts through strategic
planning.
Customizable
Surveys
Mr.
Kobek is a featured presenter in the session, The Value Proposition for
your Resort. His presentation, Customizable Surveys—Enterprise Uses of
Feedback, explores the use of the word enterprise as it relates to flexible
surveys. Kobek explains, “Enterprise means the process of feedback and
possible uses of feedback, and should not be confined to archaic methods,
but rather to the most flexible of platforms.”
“If
you can think it, you should be able to segment it.”
Mr.
Kobek is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and educating Timeshare
HOA Board Members about the company’s primary development, Enterprise Feedback
Management (EFM), a system of software and processes that enables organizations
to centrally collect, analyze and report feedback from key customer groups,
and tailor insights for various internal users. According to Kobek, “A
true EFM system internally or externally managed, should be capable of
capturing information and segmenting that data in as many ways imaginable.”
Shep
Altshuler, Publisher of Timesharing Today who founded the Timeshare Board
Members Association and its annual event says, “Having a an expert like
Bob Kobek on hand to explain the ins and outs of using surveys to engage
timeshare members and owners will be an extremely informative addition
to our educational program. We look forward to hearing what he has to say
to us all.”
“Feedback
provides the power to optimize customer experience to maximize revenues,”
stresses Kobek. CustomerCount has a formula that synopsizes this concept:
-
Happy
owners=timely maintenance fee payments
-
Impressed
prospects=new sales revenues
-
Satisfied
renters=repeat business and/or new sales revenues
