Team One Cure Sponsorship at Indianapolis 500
Indianapolis-based Company Helping to Accelerate the Cure for Cancer
Joni Thompson, Executive Director of the Tony Stewart Foundation states, “We are very pleased to have CustomerCount as a member of Team One Cure! CustomerCount’s Feedback Management Platform provides an extraordinary way for our guests to let us know immediately if they need assistance throughout the events and the race itself. The post-event survey will help us understand how to make future Tony Stewart Foundation events even better experiences.”
Bob Kobek, President of CustomerCount is a native Hoosier. “We feel a great affinity with the Tony Stewart Foundation and its advocacy for children and animals. CustomerCount is extremely proud to contribute a concierge program based on our On Site Service Request by CustomerCount (OSR) platform to support Foundation efforts during the Indianapolis 500.”
online feedback system measures and reports customer feedback through branded,
customized online surveys, and is available in nearly 40 languages.
The OSR mobile friendly app will allow Team One Cure donors and sponsors to take advantage of concierge services during the week of the Memorial Day classic as well as on the day of the event. The flexible program, designed initially for the hospitality and timeshare industry, was customized for the Foundation, offering users the ease of selecting specific services or simply texting their individual requests for immediate response.
The One Cure program supports the Colorado State University Flint Animal Cancer Center (FACC) and its development of cutting edge cancer treatments for people and pets. One Cure is founded on the principle that cancer affects all creatures and that treatment breakthroughs come through collaboration between scientists and doctors who are working with both people and animals.
“Huge strides are being made in this burgeoning field, “said Kobek. “We are honored to lend our support and very excited to cheer for Team One Cure.”
