The wine pairing experience begins at 6 p.m., with a wine tasting reception and presentation from winemaker Wes Gerlosky, followed by a multi-course dinner with wine pairing and live entertainment.

Domestic and imported cheeses paired with Musette Red
Grilled polenta and portobello mushroom with gorgonzola cream paired with Chardonnay Fut Du Chene
Roasted beet and goat cheese over arugula and honey vinaigrette paired with House Label Riesling
Veal osso bucco over wild mushroom risotto with root vegetables paired with Cabernet Franc
Ginger crème brulee paired with Le Jacques Terrier

The Vintners Dinner Package includes the tasting, dinner with wine pairings, live entertainment, an overnight stay and breakfast for two the next day, beginning at $295*. The price of the event only without an overnight stay is $149 plus tax, per couple.
