The Pollock Dining Room
at Skyland offers an assortment of delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner
options. You don’t have to wait until Thanksgiving for delicious pecan
pie or turkey pot pie – the Skyland menu is stocked with amazing meal choices
for you to choose from. If you are wondering where the local comes in –
produce and cheese will be purchased from nearby resources, and fish cuts
are approved by the Monterey Bay Aquarium seafood watch program. Dietary
modifications including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options make
dining a breeze no matter what accommodations are needed.
