Delaware North Celebrates Grand Opening of New Concessions at the Boise Airport

Local concepts are the focus of the newly constructed locations

Airport (BOI) celebrated the on-time completion of the new concessions
at both pre- and post-security locations. Travelers will have the opportunity
to sample regional food from local brand favorites, including the additions
of:
Local brews and fare fill the menu at Cross Grain Brewhouse (Concourse B). Ever-popular fast-casual Smashburger is sure to be a smashing hit at the airport for those looking for the best “LiveLifeToTheFullest” burger, fries and handspun shakes. Einstein Bros. Bagels and Harvest & Grounds round out the concession lineup that is sure to satisfy all tastes. “We are so proud to be part of this project in Boise,” said Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel hospitality business. “Our goal was to highlight some of the best local brands and serve as much locally sourced ingredients in the airport.
