North, a global leader in hospitality and food service, is set to bring
three popular Los Angeles-area restaurants to Terminal 6 at Los Angeles
International Airport (LAX).

North was selected by global developer Westfield and Los Angeles World
Airports (LAWA) to bring The Habit Burger, Wahoo’s Fish Taco and Earthbar
-- all well-known and loved by Californians for their unique offerings
– to LAX. All three locations are expected to become destination
dining points for all travelers flying through Los Angeles.
The Habit Burger was born and grilled in Santa Barbara. Its California-style charburgers are topped with locally sourced fresh-cut lettuce, ripe tomatoes, carmelized onions and melted cheese. Habit Burger lives by its motto: “Respect the Burger.” Wahoo’s Fish Taco is a favorite among local surfers and everyone else who tries the tacos and burritos. Fish is just one of the proteins that will be offered to travelers. The corn tortillas are filled with cheese, lettuce or cabbage salsa and the special Green Sauce. Earthbar is the essence of California healthy and universal tasty. Travelers can be rejuvenated with a variety of options, including nutritional and cleansing smoothie and juice drinks, as well as fresh salads, wraps, and snacks – all formulated to deliver wellness. Delaware North is excited to once again partner with Westfield and LAWA to provide the highest level of customer service and fresh delicious food for all travelers flying through Terminal 6. Construction on the new eateries will begin in 2015. Delaware North operates a myriad of well-known eateries at LAX, including Skewers by Morimoto and Wolfgang Puck Pizza Express.
