Hoteliers
have two ways of participating in the SpeedRFP system. First, the
SpeedRFP
Button offers a turnkey solution for hoteliers who want to maximize the
conversion of meeting, wedding, and special event leads from their own
website. “Hotels that add the SpeedRFP Button are currently seeing
a 50-percent increase in direct RFP submissions,” reports Foy.
A listing
on the SpeedRFP Network offers another avenue for hotels to receive
SpeedRFPs.
The SpeedRFP Network, a database of more than 11,000 hotels, debuted
in October 2013 and currently has 115,000 buyer members. According to Foy,
more than 89 percent of RFPs sent through the
SpeedRFP Network come
from direct buyers.
Hotels
with SpeedRFP links embedded on their websites include independent
