Greenberg Traurig Expands Hospitality Practice
with Addition of Caroline Pricher in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ – May 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP further expanded its Real Estate Practice’s Hospitality Group with the addition of Caroline A. Pricher as of counsel in the Phoenix office. Her move comes on the heels of Andrew C. Williams joining the firm’s Hospitality Group in January. A former Greenberg Traurig associate, Pricher rejoins the firm from Dentons, where she was a member of the Hotels and Leisure practice group.

Pricher focuses her practice on real estate transactions in the hospitality sector. She represents clients in the purchase, sale, entitlement, development, management, and operation of luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use projects, condo-hotels, golf courses, and resort communities throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Pricher advises on purchase and sale agreements, as well as stock purchase agreements. She counsels owners and managers of hospitality and real estate ventures regarding transaction structure and project management, including employment issues, rental programs, governance issues, redevelopment, and restructuring.
