Logan’s
Roadhouse Offers $25,000 in Grants to Support School Music Programs

Roadhouse® has launched a school grant program to support K-12
music education across the country. Now through December 18, eligible non-profit
K-12 music programs across the U.S. can apply to receive grants. A total
of $25,000 will be given away to schools nationwide.
“Music
is a key part of the Roadhouse experience,” Logan’s Roadhouse Director
of Community Engagement Becky Shaw said. “You can come visit us for a great
steak, in a terrific atmosphere, with memorable music playing on our jukeboxes.
We also believe in bringing that music to life in our communities through
recognition and rewards for music teachers and students. At Logan’s Roadhouse,
we understand the role that music plays in equipping students to take on
leadership roles, but we also understand that funding can be hard to come
by. That’s why Logan’s Roadhouse is offering grants to help support school
music programs across the country.”
Schools
can go to www.LogansRoadhouse.com/MusicInSchools
no later than December 18, 2015, to apply for grants and see complete rules.
Applicants should briefly describe how they will use their grant. Videos
and photos can also be submitted for consideration. Everyone who applies
will be notified by December 31.
Logan’s
Roadhouse also supports emerging artists through the Music City Live! tour,
which will kick off a 15-market tour in May 2016.
