|
Dallas, TX – February 2015 / Newsmaker Alert / The International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) has added the opportunity to complete courses needed for its Certified in Exhibition Management Learning Program by teaming with the Meetings Quest trade show, to be held 21-22 April 2015 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Meetings Quest – presented by Association News magazine and hosted by the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau – is America’s longest-running series of educational and networking events for association, corporate, government and religious meeting planners.

“We are pleased to be able to offer CEM programming in conjunction with Schneider Publishing’s Meetings Quest,” said IAEE Executive Vice President and COO Cathy Breden, CAE, CMP. “Doing so provides IAEE members in underserved areas the opportunity to network and continue their work toward obtaining their CEM designation, while at the same taking advantage of the education offered at Meetings Quest.”

Meetings Quest attendees will be able to earn credits needed toward their CEM accreditation on 21 April 2015 via a day-long program administered by IAEE during the meeting. Established in 1975, the CEM professional designation is recognized on a global scale, with courses currently offered in the United States, Brazil, Canada, China, Dubai, Korea, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan and Thailand. More than 2,300 active CEMs around the world make up the CEM Network which serves as a channel for communication, ideas, thought leadership, industry recognition and promotion.

CEM Learning Program courses are offered throughout the year at various on-location opportunities as well as online. Visit www.IAEE.com/cem for more information about IAEE’s CEM Learning Program and to view the 2015 schedule.
