Hosted by the Bloomington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Meetings Quest is the nation’s longest-running series of educational and networking events for corporate and association meeting planners and will be held July 13–14, 2016, at the JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington.

The first woman to win the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year award, St. James will share insights on how she used determination and positioning to break into a world that was at one time unattainable for women. Named by Sports Illustrated as one of the top women athletes of the century, St. James set 31 international and national speed records during a 20-year period.

St. James has been a sports commentator for ESPN, an IndyCar racing analyst for ABC and a pit reporter for both ABC and ESPN. Her honors include the 2010 NASCAR Industry Ambassador Award, the National Association for Girls & Women in Sports’ Guiding Women in Sports Award and induction into the Florida Sports Hall of Fame. St. James served as president of the Women’s Sports Foundation from 1990 to 1993 and currently serves on several boards, including NASCAR’s Diversity Council & Race Commission.
