Quest, the nation’s longest-running series of educational and networking
events for association and corporate meeting planners, will be held September
9–10 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Exhibitors reserving exhibit space
before August 1 will save $600 off the cost of a 10’ x 10’ booth.
Hosted
by the Cabarrus County Convention & Visitors Bureau and presented by
Association
News magazine, Meetings Quest will allow exhibitors to meet by appointment
in their exhibit space with association and corporate meeting planners
who do not typically attend meetings-industry trade shows.

The
show will take place in Cabarrus County, home to Charlotte Motor Speedway
and eight of the last 10 Sprint Cup Championship trophies. Cabarrus County
is ideal for meetings and events of all sizes and budgets, offering more
than 3,000 hotel rooms and facilities for groups as small as 10 or as large
as 167,000. Meetings Quest will be held at the Concord Convention Center
and Embassy Suites Golf Resort & Spa in Concord, North Carolina.
Meetings
Quest, which was acquired by Schneider Publishing last year, relaunched
in May in Mesa, Arizona. The event was held during National Travel and
Tourism Week and served to highlight the importance of meetings to the
overall health of the travel industry.
