Rio – a member act of the Grand Ole Opry that has sold 10 million albums
and won multiple Country Music Association Awards, a Grammy Award and a
Dove Award – headlines a day of entertainment in the foothills of the Great

said Leon Downey, executive director of the Pigeon
Forge Department of Tourism.
“They are playing in the

Middle.’ That song was their first release, and it made them the first
band whose debut single hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart,”
Downey said.
Patriot Festival activity

1:30 p.m.
The lineup also includes
