– cloud-based software that functions as a ‘one-stop-shop,’ allowing everything
needed to digitally produce the estoppel package, as well as mortgage/account
verification packages: All communications are recorded digitally, the full
transaction is processed digitally and, finally, all items are stored digitally.
Further, this process works to keep the documents used consistent instead
of the multi-layered packages which were used previously.
