Systems, a leading provider of reservation and accommodation management
systems, developed on the Salesforce.com platform, and Outdoor
Adventures Inc. (OAI), are pleased to announce an agreement to implement
Resortbridge Systems Reservation and Accommodation Management System at
OAI’s nine membership resorts in Michigan and Ohio. OAI owns and operates
Michigan’s largest network of premier outdoor resorts.
Resortbridge’s
Reservation and Accommodation Management system is built on Salesforce.com’s
“Software as a Service” (SaaS) platform and is part of Resortbridge’s suite
of software designed to provide end-to-end management of sales, marketing,
reservation and accommodation management for private membership and vacation
resorts. The Salesforce.com based software suite includes lead management,
marketing and marketing channel management, call center management with
integrated telephony, membership plan and membership product management,
sales management, member life cycle management, reservations and accommodation
management. The reservation and accommodation management system utilize
a “rules based” engine and has options that include: point-of-sale, rate
management, taxation, inventory control, and cash management functionality,
implemented on the Salesforce.com platform.
Outdoor
Adventures selected Resortbridge’s Reservation and Accommodation Management
System after a comprehensive search. Adam Webber, OAI’s CFO stated, “We
performed in depth evaluations of many reservation and accommodation management
systems for our outdoor resorts and the functionality of Resortbridge’s
system was an ideal match for our needs. The system functionality; the
fact that our sales and marketing systems are Salesforce.com based; the
