Mountaineer’s 25th Anniversary, the company has enhanced its SilverLeaf
Service, offering more fresh, local and gourmet options. The menu,
designed by Rocky Mountaineer’s Michelin-Star Executive Chefs, continues
to draw inspiration from the bounty of Western Canada, incorporating local
ingredients such as Pacific Salmon and Prime Alberta Beef.

new SilverLeaf culinary program includes:

Seat side
service: Guests will be served delicious dishes by culinary team members
in the comfort of their seats. Each SilverLeaf coach will have a dedicated
culinary team member in addition to two Onboard Hosts.

More beverage
choices: Complimentary beverages, including wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic
drinks will be available throughout the journey.

Gourmet
snacks: House-made options such as earl grey scented trail mix will complement
the journey’s meal options.

Customization:
Guests will now have portion choice, with entrée options at breakfast
and lunch and customizable servings to suit the ravenous as well as those
with a lighter appetite.
SilverLeaf
Service is available on three exciting routes: First Passage to the
West, Journey Through the Clouds, and Coastal Passage. Onboard the single
level dome coaches, Rocky Mountaineer Hosts share stories of the regions
along the way while guests revel in all of the rugged beauty of the Pacific
Northwest and the Rockies just outside the extra-large picture windows.
