Back To News/PR Index | | Ruby’s Opens New Concept in Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport | “The retro décor gives Ruby’s guests a new perspective on the past and an opportunity for a new conversation about what makes America great while enjoying the delicious food our guests have come to love from Ruby’s,” said Larry Sidoti, vice president of development at Ruby Restaurant Group. “This flashback to the 60’s will propel Ruby’s into the future as the company continues to grow through both franchising and new company-owned locations,” added Sidoti. The décor highlights icons of the 60’s such as John and Jackie Kennedy, Neil Armstrong, Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles and Johnny Cash interspersed on the walls with replica vintage concert posters and paired with music that captures the best of the era to create a vibrant experience. For millions who came of age in 1960’s, these iconic figures and inventive music had a significant influence on culture, philosophy, style and so much more. This influence helped the nation’s youth challenge the status quo and usher in a new era of progress. At Ruby’s these elements combine to create a wave of nostalgia for the boomer generation while building a bridge to the era for younger generations. This
Ruby’s location originally opened in 1998 and closed for remodeling earlier
this year. Operated by HMS Host, this Ruby’s offers seating for more than
135, a full bar and will be open from 4:15 am – 11 pm.
