Seven Corners Extends Sales Call Center Hours Due to Increase in Demand

Indianapolis, IN – June 2017 / Newsmaker Alert / Seven Corners, Inc., an innovative international travel insurance and specialty benefit management company, today announces the extension of call center hours to better accommodate its customers. Due to an increase in demand, the sales call center will be open from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.–8 p.m. EDT Saturday and Sunday effective immediately.

The increase in demand comes after record sales during Seven Corners’ first quarter and a revitalization of the customer experience. In May 2016 the company set a goal to improve the customer journey and held extensive customer service and product offering training. With better customer-centric processes in place, the company experienced the following results in Q1:

  • Average Google rating for service and overall customer experience improved more than 300 percent in 10 months with a consistent rating of 4.5 stars
  • Overall volume of reviews has increased by over 1000 percent in the past 10 months
  • Achieved “one-call resolution” for more than 85 percent of calls

The company implemented a third-party call monitoring service for training and feedback to ensure expectations were understood and achieved.
