Stout
Street Hospitality Announces Corporate
and
Magnolia Hotels Promotions

Denver,
CO – October 2017 / Newsmaker Alert / Sarah Holtze Treadway, president
and co-CEO of Stout Street
Hospitality, announced several recent promotions and changes among
the company’s management team. The changes include two at the corporate
level and five at specific Magnolia-branded
hotels.
Linda
Fisher was named vice president of operations for the company and will
have direct responsibility for all seven Stout Street Hospitality hotels.
Fisher has been with the company’s Magnolia Hotels since 1991 and most
recently opened the Magnolia Hotel St. Louis and oversaw renovations and
expansions at the Omaha and Denver properties. She will also directly oversee
the three Texas Magnolia properties.
Jasper
Verlaan has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. He
joined the company from Magnolia Hotel Denver after relocating from The
Netherlands in 2012. He was most recently the corporate director of sales
for Magnolia Hotels.
Kevin
Gilbert has been promoted to general manager of Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown.
He was previously general manager at the Magnolia Hotel Dallas Park Cities
property where he played an integral role in increasing hotel and food
and beverage revenue, as well as boosting online rankings.
With
Gilbert’s move to general manager in downtown Dallas, Osmir Sariles was
moved into the role at Magnolia Hotel Dallas Park Cities. He previously
was director of operations for Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown. Sariles
has held several different operations positions at Magnolia properties
in Dallas over the years as well as numerous branded properties throughout
the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2013, he was named Magnolia Hotels Operations
Manager of the Year.
At
the Magnolia Houston, Mark Clinton was promoted from hotel manager to general
manager. A graduate of Ohio State University, Clinton has been with the
property since 2013. Prior to joining Magnolia Hotels, he was with Hyatt
Hotels.
Jason
Horonzy was brought on as general manager of the Magnolia Denver. He was
previously the director of hotel operations for the Dallas/Plano Marriott
and is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
Magnolia
Hotels are managed by Stout Street Hospitality, a privately held hotel
