Turning Stone’s
Tin Rooster Goes Beyond Barbeque with
a New Menu of
Savory Recipes, Steaks, Burgers, Sauces and More
|
The country-themed
bar and BBQ venue has overhauled its menu, introducing
new items that
emphasize handmade quality and even more choices for guests
|
Verona,
NY – May 2016 / Newsmaker Alert / For the first time since opening
in 2013, Turning
Stone’s Tin Rooster, the down-home country haven located in the resort’s
Exit 33 complex, has revitalized its menu with new appetizers, sandwiches,
steaks, sides and entrées. The new menu features innovative twists
on Tin Rooster favorites, as well as an extensive list of choices for guests
wanting more than barbeque, including the 28 oz. wood-grilled T-Bone steak,
a 12 oz. New York strip steak, supersized hand-pressed burgers, chicken
and waffles, fried chicken and beer-battered haddock.
Tin
Rooster’s new menu combines the best of gourmet dining with the rich, delicious
flavors of BBQ. From the sauces and condiments to the hand-pressed burgers,
nearly everything at Tin Rooster is made in-house by a team of skilled
and highly trained chefs. With culinary experts leading the charge, Tin
Rooster’s exciting new menu and innovative practices seamlessly merge the
best of several regional styles of barbeque – Memphis, Texas and Carolina
– into a flavor experience that is uniquely Tin Rooster.
Responding
directly to guest feedback, Tin Rooster sought to give guests more flexibility
and options when ordering. Additionally, the restaurant’s signature platters
– stockpiled with smoked meats and sides – are now customizable, allowing
guests to combine any two meats with their choice of two sides or any three
meats with any three sides. Meats include smoked ribs, pulled pork, kielbasa,
brisket and turkey breast, and come with a choice of seven flavorful house-made
sauces, including White BBQ, Whiskey Black Pepper, Bacon BBQ and the fresh-and-tangy
House Ketchup. Tin Rooster’s list of sandwich and burger options have expanded
as well, which now include pulled pork grilled cheese, honey wood-grilled
chicken, the Rooster Burger and The 33 Burger – all burgers are handmade
and hand-pressed. Sides include comfort-food favorites, such as mac n’
cheese, hush puppies, salt potatoes – a Central New York favorite – whipped
bacon potato salad, cheesy corn, and more.
The
dining
venue also takes a unique approach to appetizers, pouring creativity
into each one, like the new Rooster Poutine, a twist on the Canadian dish
featuring smoked beef rib, and Chili Frito Pie.
