The honor recognizes the top five percent of local wedding professionals from the WeddingWire Network. The recipients must demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness and professionalism.

The primary criteria to achieve the award requires the wedding planner to collect at least five reviews written in 2016. The WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Awards® are issued solely based on the reviews from newlyweds.

Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the organization, the WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Awards® are issued solely based on the reviews from over 1.2 million newlyweds.

The Whiteface Club and Resort has also been honored by The Knot with its seventh consecutive Best of Weddings Award and Hall of Fame Award for 2017.

The Whiteface Club wedding ceremony, in a beautiful wedding garden, takes place before a stunning waterfront setting on the shore of Lake Placid, with the majesty of Whiteface Mountain serving as a natural backdrop.
