The Lanai, a highlight of the design, features design choices that enhance
the beauty of the pool area, with sliding glass doors seamlessly connecting
the Grand Room to the outdoor living space. Each room in the Biscayne II

Wright and Olson drew inspiration from a palette of blush pinks and warm
tones, infusing each room with its own unique character. The Bonus Room
serves as a focal point with a large custom blue pool table grounding the
space, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. Throughout
the home, attention to detail is evident in the selection of modern furnishings
and elegant finishes, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere for homeowners
and guests alike.

immediately ensues as the details emerge to start the creative process
