Daniel Home (CDH) has recently completed interiors for The Oaks 2001
at Linville Ridge, a North Carolina golf course community developed by
The Lutgert Companies. This 3,003-square-foot,
two-story home – priced at $1,645,000, to include furnishings – is built
into a mountain with breath-taking views from almost every room.
Award
winning Allied ASID Interior Designers Jean
Losier and Lisa Mettetal created the interiors, leaving a rustic design
imprint that reflects the surrounding environment. The Clive Daniel Home
interior designers have created 12 model residences for the developer.

According
to Losier, “The Oaks 2001 at Linville Ridge is a four-bedroom home located
on the summit of Linville Ridge. Guests enter on the main floor, which
includes master bedroom, living, dining and study. The home showcases wood
flooring, large windows with views of the surrounding areas, plus a cozy
fireplace in the great room, crafted of ledge stone and a feature wall
with dramatic bark shingles.”
Ceilings
are lifted with rustic beams in the living and dining rooms, providing
an open, lofty feeling. The dining room enjoys a floating rustic beam over
the table with antique Edison light wrapped around the beam adding to the
rustic feel of the home.
The
second floor has a gathering space with two fun de-constructed club chairs,
plus a full wet bar and a large guest suite with another walk-out deck,
almost like a second master bedroom with a second fireplace. The home is
golf cart accessible with long-range views of the surrounding countryside.
