Naples,
FL – November 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / Winning over 300 awards is a
pretty big deal for any company, especially if that company was
founded just six years ago. That is precisely what happened to Clive
Daniel Home (CDH), the upscale Naples interior design firm and home
furnishings retailer on the eve of their November 4th seven-year anniversary.
At the recent Lee Building Industry Association’s annual Pinnacle Awards
ceremony, the design powerhouse added 20 honors to its portfolio of design
and marketing awards – including the coveted Residential Interior
Design Firm of the Year, making an impressive total of 306 awards
amassed by the company since opening in 2011.
During
the awards gala on November 3 at the Southwest Florida Event Center in
Bonita Springs, the company also garnered ten awards for models and residential
design, five remodel awards, two awards for Clive
Daniel Hospitality projects. The advertising department of Clive Daniel
Home was also honored, receiving the top award for the Best Overall
Marketing Campaign.
The
Clive Daniel Home Hospitality team was honored with two awards for Best
Specialty Contracting – Interior Renovations in the $5m to $8m
range for their renovation of the Quail West Clubhouse. They were also
named winners in the Best Clubhouse Interior Design category,
for their Quail West interior clubhouse design.

In
the Residential Design categories, multiple award-winning Interior designers
Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen won for the Best Outdoor
Living Space Design for their Regatta private residence. They also
won in the Best Interior Design Single Family category in
the $1m to $1,499,999 category for a private Palmetto Point residence.
In the Best Interior Model Merchandising $3m to $3.5 million
category, the designers were named winners for their Baywood Model for
Divco Custom Homes. The design duo also won for the Best Interior
Model Merchandising Single Family in the $2m to $2.499,000m category
for their Longwater model for Frank R. Jenkins. Their private Serenity
House residence won in the Best Interior Design Single Family
category in the $3m to $3,499,000 range. The designers’ private penthouse
at Cape Marco was named Best Whole House Remodel over $500,000.
Also
a multiple award-winning interior designer, Wilfredo Emanuel, IDS, walked
away with honors In the Best Kitchen Remodel for a private
resident in Bonita Bay in the Over $80,000 range. He was also a winner
for Best Interior Design Single-Family over $5m for his Bali
Beach Retreat for SGM Builders. Emanuel was named the winner in the Best
Interior Design Multi-family category in the $3m to $3,499,000
price range for his Shades of Grey Custom Home. His Bonita Bay remodel
was selected as the winner in the Best Whole House Remodel
between $250,000 and $500,000.
Interior
Designers John Tweet and Sherie Weidner were selected as winners in the
Best Model Merchandising category in the $3m to $3,499,000
price range for their Yucca model for Belz Properties. John Tweet and Gina
Kadah were named winners in the Best Interior Design Multl-family
$2m to $2,499,000 category for their private residence in Kalea Bay. Sherrie
Weidner also won an award for Best Kitchen Remodel between
$40,000 and $80,000.
Jean
Losier and Christina Rosolia were winners in the Best Interior Model
Merchandising Multi-family in the $800,000to $999,000 category
for their Messina Model by Front Door Communities.
Best
Whole House Remodel under $250,000 was awarded to Vrinda Albrecht
for her private Barefoot Beach residence.
In
October, Clive Daniel Home (www.CliveDaniel.com)
garnered 26 Sand Dollar awards in the Collier Building Industry Association’s
annual competition, including Best Showroom. The 85,000 square-foot
flagship Clive Daniel Home showroom is located on U.S. 41 in Naples. A
