FL – December 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / With its completion of the Vistas
Social Room, the national award-winning interior design team of Clive
Daniel Hospitality recently concluded the second phase of interior
design assignments from the front door to the pool for the luxury 98-unit
Vistas at Bonita Bay condominium in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Clive
Daniel Hospitality’s work at Vistas was completed in two phases, beginning
in March 2018. The first phase included the pool pavilion bar and grill,
providing a more resort style amenity. The second phase involved the total
makeover of the Social Room with a redesigned custom bar with increased
seating, walls, flooring, lighting and new furnishings as well as a refreshed
kitchen area used for private parties for owners and guests.
In
their renovation of the Social Room, the CDH interior design team transformed
the space into a more timeless, transitional design scheme. The new enhancements
incorporated a serene sea of blues for the color palette and offer functionality
with expanded seating. Impactful architectural features were added to the
increased entertaining space, enriching the experience far into the future.
According
to Nancy
Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality Division and Business
Development, “We also created a gallery of digital art for TV viewing,
introducing great new technology with four Art-TV screens from Samsung,
where the frame is as much a work of art as it is a TV. With revolutionary
Art Mode, the frame transforms from TV to beautiful, lifelike art. This
exciting unique feature helps to enhance the existing space.”
According
to Sharon Springer, the Vistas at Bonita Bay décor committee chair,

Hospitality. The entire process was streamlined and professional. The residents
love their new luxury designed space; it has been booked for several events
since the transformation, which truly exceeded owner expectation.”

team is thrilled to receive such positive feedback on the new clubroom,”
said Woodhouse. “The previous bar did not allow for multiple uses because
it was one sided ant not scaled to the space. The new floorplan now provides
for maximum seating for any sized gathering. Function is vital in projects
like this.”
Clive
Daniel Hospitality worked with BUILD
to complete the renovation. BUILD is a highly respected Southwest Florida
Commercial Construction General Contractor, having earned respect and honors
for its projects in Southwest Florida and Louisiana. The company is NASCLA
Certified Commercial General contractor and has recently expanded to North
Carolina.
The
98-unit Vistas at Bonita Bay was the first of six luxury high rises built
in 1998 by The Lutgert Companies
along Estero Bay with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Little Hickory
Island. Fort Myers, Lovers Key State Park, and Sanibel Island can be seen
from balcony lanais.
