Center at WildBlue

design team of Clive
Daniel Hospitality has been selected by Lennar
Homes to provide interior design direction for the Sports Center at
WildBlue, the new master-planned community which spans over 3,500 acres
in Estero, Florida. Featuring over 800 acres of freshwater lakes and inspired
single-family residences, WildBlue is being developed by Lennar with Stock,
WCI and Pulte Homes as builder partners.
The
9,400-square-foot Sports Center is a key component of the Amenities
Campus at WildBlue – designed by the renowned David Humphrey of Humphrey
Rosal Architects – and located on a peninsula offering expansive views
of the community’s largest lake.

“Our
team will provide interior designs for this WildBlue project, which will
become a state-of-the-art Sports Center capturing a friendly lakefront
lifestyle for this unique community,” said Nancy
Woodhouse IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality Division and Business.
The Hospitality Division is also working with the same team in the planning
and development of the community’s clubhouse, to be completed next year.
Construction
is expected to start on the new facility by late fall 2019. The Sports
Center will feature a tennis pro shop, fitness center with weight and cardio
areas, aerobics classrooms and spa and nail salon. A lap and aerobic pool
and yoga lawn will be located behind the building. Six tennis courts, pickleball,
and basketball courts are nearby, along with a kayak launch and boat launch.
The men’s and women’s locker rooms feature day lockers, pool baths, dry
saunas and a family changing room. A lap and aerobics pool and yoga lawn
will be located behind the Sports Center.
As
the amenities are being built, Clive Daniel Home will be completing several
model homes for the development companies.
