$3M Improvements This Winter

Lancaster, PA – November 2018 / Newsmaker Alert / The Eden Resort & Suites is pleased to announce more than $3 million in planned property improvements, scheduled to take place this winter. This year’s capital projects will include the construction of new Villas, which feature a welcoming at-home feel and are designed for short and long term stays with the ability to accommodate up to eight guests. The poolside Villa will be completely rebuilt to feature eight luxury guest suites. These units will feature one or two bedrooms, ranging from 525 square feet up to 1300 square feet, and offer full kitchens (with dishwasher), luxury bathrooms, gas fireplaces, flat panel TVs, premier bedding, and individual first floor entry. In addition, a complete renovation of Villa 9 will feature similar amenities.

Also included in the Eden Resort & Suites property improvement is the transformation of 56 interior guest rooms, which will include new flooring and carpeting, as well as furniture, bedding, and artwork. The Eden Market will be enlarged and upgraded to feature Starbucks specialty coffees, including lattes and espressos, as well as other drinks, snacks, sundries, and other items that guests may need during their stay. Vacationers and business travelers alike will appreciate the new, larger elevator off the main lobby, as well as the revamped business center, which will be upgraded and offer all the amenities needed by business travelers, from Internet access to printing documents.

The renovation will also involve upgrading technology, including a new RFID Electronic Door Locking System allowing guests to use their phones as their room key, and a $100,000+ state-of-the-art IT security upgrade, promising enhanced network security for each and every guest. Plus, the new Food & Beverage Point of Sale system will allow prompt order and delivery all over the property, including the popular pool area.
