North Group (ENG), parent company of Haffner’s,
is proud to announce the recent purchase of six gas stations and convenience
store locations, two oil companies, one car wash and one property, all
in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Gas station and convenience
store purchases include: Mobil™ brands in Ashland, Manchester, New Hampton
and Plymouth, NH; Groton Exchange (now Haffner’s brand) in Groton, MA;
and Gulf® brand in Winthrop, MA. Oil company purchases include: Ayer
Oil in Ayer, MA and Jenkins Oil in Elliot, ME. Additional acquisitions
include a car wash in Littleton, MA and property in Haverhill, MA.
