segments will drive higher campaign response and redemption rates.
Fishbowl’s
Member Profiler allows client users to access an individual guest’s complete
record of attributable data in the Fishbowl Data Platform. These profiles
can be easily searched, to obtain a comprehensive, organized view of each
individual member’s data, including demographics, campaign responses, and
promotions. The feature provides ease and accessibility for one-on-one
situations such as customer support.
