and brand evolution by bringing on a new, well-versed director of marketing,
Sharon
Pewitt.

Not
only does Pewitt have direct quick-service restaurant experience, specifically
within the chicken niche, but she has also worked alongside the Golden
Chick brand, serving as the main contact at creative partner, The LOOMIS
Agency, for over 6 years. With a deep understanding of brand goals and
initiatives, Pewitt will seamlessly transition onto the team and can bring
her expertise to Golden Chick.

Golden Chick is anticipating
a new year filled with record-breaking growth. With 20 openings in 2023,
the Texas-based concept is hoping to continue spearheading its aggressive
growth plans across the U.S. in states including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi
and soon, Nevada. Menu innovation and product marketing will remain at
the forefront to highlight the unique and delicious chicken offerings that

About Sharon Pewitt
Pewitt joins the Golden
Chick team as director of marketing with almost a decade in dedicated marketing
experience across varied industries, with a focus in food and beverage.
In her most recent role as a brand manager at Raising Cane’s in Plano,
Pewitt developed a deeper understanding of quick-service restaurants and
specifically the chicken vertical. She is no stranger to the Golden Chick
brand after having worked on its wildly successful “One Taste & You’re
Golden” campaign and Fletcher’s Corny Dogs collaboration as part of The
LOOMIS Agency, where she served as brand coordinator/assistant account
executive and brand manager/account executive. Pewitt holds a Bachelor’s
degree in marketing from Texas A&M University.
