Red Lion® Houston
Intercontinental Airport Hotel, Texas, to their portfolio of managed
hotels. The hotel was previously operated as the Park Inn by Radisson®
Houston North Hotel & Conference Center, TX, acquired by Newstream
Hotels & Hospitality®. HMC continues its ongoing business expansion
which is made up of full service, conference center, select service and
limited service hotels. HMC is one of the country’s largest third-party
privately held hotel management companies, ranked in the top 40 of all
third party and owner operated hotel management corporations.
The
Red Lion® Houston Intercontinental Airport Hotel provides guests with
an affordable stay just seven miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport
(IAH) offering a complimentary shuttle service and a 400-space parking
lot able to accommodate oversize vehicles. The property is also conveniently
close to Shell, Exxon Mobile and United Airlines, along with popular attractions
like the Sam Houston Race Park.
For
business travelers, the hotel has a well-equipped business center, complimentary
Wi-Fi, fitness center and gift shop. The on-site restaurant “Bistro 500”
offers delicious southern focused full-service menus including breakfast
(also offering a full buffet), lunch and dinner and the “Bistro 500 Bar”
has three big-screen TVs and daily Happy Hour specials.
The
Red Lion® Houston Intercontinental Airport Hotel also houses 17,000-square-feet
of meeting space including 11 event rooms and a ballroom that holds up
to 500 guests with additional amenities including audiovisual equipment,
