Honor
Flight Network is a non-profit organization that offers veterans the
opportunity to visit the memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifices
free of charge to them. The network is comprised of “hubs” throughout the
country and are organized by volunteers and participating airports and
bus stations. Through donations to the network and the hubs, veterans are
provided transportation, admission to their memorials, accommodations and
more all at no cost to them. Mirabito Convenience Stores is proud to partner
with this esteemed organization to give back to those who have given so
much for our country.
“We are thrilled to offer our customers the opportunity to join us in our mission of giving back to the veterans in our community. The Round-Up initiative is one that Mirabito Convenience Stores champions a few times a year and we are proud to be supporting the Honor Flight organization for the month of March. At Mirabito, prioritizing veterans is a pillar of our mission and we are excited to include our community members in our efforts,” said Marissa Sweeney, Director of Marketing at Mirabito. “By simply rounding up their purchases, our customers can join us in supporting the Honor Flight Network and express gratitude to the brave men and women who have served our nation.” This Round-Up campaign will run now through March 31, 2024 during which customers can participate by rounding up their purchases to the nearest dollar at any Mirabito Convenience Store location. All funds collected during this campaign will be donated to local Honor Flight hubs in Upstate New York that offer this experience to our neighbors and communities.
