Development as Vice President, Human Resources.

Development (OTO), part of The

In her new role, Sinclair will lead and develop OTO’s human resources team,
which supports 2,700 employees across the country.

Sinclair’s
human resources career spans the lodging, cruise and travel, and insurance
industries. She spent nearly two decades with Farmers Insurance, where
she held roles of increasing responsibility including AVP, Human Resources,
before moving into executive positions at Princess Cruises, Buckle Insurance
and, most recently, MCR Hotels, where she served as VP, Human Resources.
Over
the years, Sinclair (LinkedIn)
has earned a reputation as a collaborative, engaging, and innovative thought
partner. She has a proven ability to drive human resources initiatives
that deliver positive results at companies of all sizes.

have a passion for leading diverse teams through complex transformation
and growth,” says Sinclair, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration
and management from Texas Tech University as well as a Professional in
Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from HRCI. “I have long admired OTO as

As
Vice President, Human Resources, Sinclair will be based out of OTO Development’s
corporate headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Away
from the office, Sinclair emphasizes family time with her adult son, Jeffrey.
She loves to travel and, when home, enjoys dabbling in interior design.
